COVID-19: What You Need to Know

MCPHD has established a COVID-19 hotline for area residents. If you have questions about COVID-19, please call 1-217-313-5078 to speak to one of our Emergency Command Center team members. You may also email your questions to [email protected] If you are experiencing symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), contact your primary care physician. If you do not have a primary care physician, call 217-854-3692 and ask for the Public Health Nurse.

If you tested positive for COVID-19, the Illinois Department of Public Health would like to know about your experience in getting treatment for the disease.
